Senior MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant

You will be working as a Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on D365 Business Central. Your primary responsibility will involve the end-to-end implementation of Business Central solutions. This includes conducting Business Analysis workshops with key business users, preparing Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), configuring and testing various modules and processes within Business Central such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse. It is essential for you to have 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in D365 Business Central implementation, with specific experience in at least 4-5 end-to-end Business Central implementations. Knowledge of the Manufacturing module would be an added advantage. Additionally, experience in working with foreign clients from regions such as the US, UK, EU, and AU would also be beneficial. Apart from implementation, you will be responsible for conducting key user training on Business Central features and processes, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing for go-live activities including data upload and configuration, and providing post go-live support. Furthermore, you will be expected to handle support ticket resolution and be open to on-site travel as per project requirements.
