Roles and Responsibilities Manage costing, merchandising, and technical aspects of knitwear garments for women's wear. Collaborate with design teams to create prototypes, samples, and final products that meet customer requirements. Oversee production planning, quality control, and vendor management to ensure timely delivery of products. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in merchandising or a related field (knits). Proficiency in fashion styling techniques for womens wear. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of costing principles and practices.
