Senior Marketing Executive

Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive Marketing - New Store Launches

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Executive/Executive Marketing to support the branding and successful launch of new stores. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in offline marketing campaigns, particularly door-to-door marketing, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality store branding. The Senior Executive/Executive Marketing will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, improving poor-performing stores, and preparing reports to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Store Branding: - Assist in developing and executing branding strategies for new stores - Ensure consistent brand image across all stores

2. Grand Successful Launch of New Stores: - Support the planning and execution of grand opening events - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches

3. Offline Marketing Campaigns: - Execute offline marketing campaigns (flyers, banners, no-parking boards, health camps, etc.) - Focus on door-to-door marketing campaigns (flyers, banners, no-parking boards)

4. Quality Check of Store Branding: - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high-quality branding - Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement

5. Reporting: - Prepare reports on marketing campaigns and store performance - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement

6. Improving Poor Performing Stores: - Assist in developing and executing strategies to improve store performance - Collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders

7. Timely Execution of Marketing Collaterals: - Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials (flyers, banners, etc.) - Ensure effective execution and tracking of all campaigns

Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail - Hands-on experience in offline marketing campaigns, particularly door-to-door marketing
