We are looking for a skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in CNC programming to join our team at FMC Technologies India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and CNC programming, with 6-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes using CNC programming. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues. Design and develop new equipment and machinery to improve manufacturing efficiency. Analyze production data to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs. Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on CNC programming and manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering. Strong understanding of industrial products and equipment manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with FMC technologies is an added advantage.
