Senior Manager SCM-Ops

This role demands strong business acumen, operational expertise, and program management capability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and business growth across the supply chain network in the southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end

  regional FMRTS

  operations (first mile, reverse logistics, and transportation).
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, productivity enhancements, and automation.
  
• Manage and scale

  mid-mile network operations

  , including route planning, hub performance, and cost controls.

Program Management:

• Run high-impact programs across regional operations focusing on

  cost, efficiency, and speed

  .
• Drive new business initiatives and pilots with cross-functional teams.
  
• Develop scalable playbooks and SOPs for rapid expansion and standardization.
  

Network Planning & Execution:

• Optimize the supply chain network to ensure high service levels and low turnaround times.
  
• Design and execute

  regional planning models

  for logistics flow, infrastructure planning, and capacity forecasting.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across different locations.
  
• Liaise with central teams (e.g., tech, product, strategy) to deploy initiatives and resolve bottlenecks.
  
• Build strong relationships with 3PLs, vendors, and local partners.
  

Growth & Business Expansion:

• Identify and execute opportunities for business growth, including new markets and service lines.
  
• Evaluate and implement strategic partnerships or regional expansion plans.
  
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience

  in supply chain operations, preferably with exposure to

  e-commerce, logistics, or transportation tech

  companies.
• Deep expertise in

  FMRTS, First Mile, Reverse Logistics

  , and

  Mid Mile operations

  .
• Proven experience in

  scaling business operations

  , with a mix of

  core operations and program management

  .
• Strong background in

  network design and regional planning

  .
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and execution skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business; MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred (
