Position : Senior Manager M&A Restructuring & IFRS

We are looking for a professional who will be involved in live deals. This role is particularly to work with Middle East Clients. We have existing team sitting in Middle East location but need someone to manage work from here also.

Need someone who started career either in Financial Reporting or IFRS and down the line moved into restructuring in respect to Merger and Acquisitions.

Any M&A guy will have the experience in Financial Reporting and IFRS.

We prefer consulting experience but other industry will also work.

This will be a Team Manager role in which he/she is going to manage 3 to 4 Managers under him/her and further there will be 20-30 people under them.

Candidates who are CA qualified or CPA then can send 12-16 years of experience.

Non CA should be 14 -19 years of experience.

Middle East market experience is preferred but try to look for from this market, else other locations will also work.

Base location will be Kochi. But candidate can work from any EY office locations from this list Gurgaon/Noida/Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai. 2 Days from Office work.

Open to travel to Kochi and Middle East also as and when required.
