Senior LLM Engineer

We are seeking a Senior LLM Engineer to actively contribute to the development of cutting-edge GenAI applications. Your responsibilities will include building GenAI applications that align with business use cases, designing and optimizing prompts for multi-modal models, testing GenAI solutions to ensure they meet requirements and implementing guardrails to prevent unintended or harmful content generation. Additionally, you will be involved in designing conversational or RAG systems. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields with at least 3 years of experience in ML/LLMs. You should possess knowledge of prompt engineering techniques such as chain of thoughts, tree of thoughts, guardrails, zero-shot or few-shot prompting. Familiarity with open-source and proprietary LLMs like GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and Mistral is required. Proficiency in Python programming and experience with libraries like numpy and pandas are essential. Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, Huggingface, or similar tools is preferred. Knowledge of RAG and experience with self-hosted/cloud-based vector databases is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work effectively in a cross-discipline environment within defined timelines. Experience with cloud-based systems, particularly GCP or AWS, is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills are also key requirements.
