Senior Learning & Development Coordinator

As a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator at ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting the development and delivery of learning solutions for ICON employees globally. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support for the development and implementation of learning programs that cater to the specific needs of ICON employees at all levels. This role plays a crucial part in enabling our employees to grow and evolve as valuable partners to both our internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the ICON Learning management system by offering timely customer service through the ICON help desk application. Your key responsibilities will include providing program support, assisting with audits and client requests for training documentation, maintaining departmental files, demonstrating leadership in quality work, mentoring other team members, and delivering professional customer service. You will also be responsible for supporting ICON systems that facilitate learning and development, generating reports, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must possess relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, Education, Management, or HR, along with a Bachelor's Degree. Proficiency in Cornerstone LMS, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Being open to a hybrid role based in Chennai and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed are also key requirements.
