Senior Java Kafka Developer

We are searching for a talented Java Kafka Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Senior Java Kafka Developer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining real-time data streaming applications using Apache Kafka and Java technologies. Your role will be vital in constructing scalable and fault-tolerant event-driven systems that cater to our business requirements. This is a full-time employment opportunity based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be expected to design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications utilizing the Spring Framework. You will also be responsible for developing and managing event-driven systems with Apache Kafka, as well as implementing enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, optimizing performance, conducting code reviews, writing unit/integration tests, and mentoring junior developers are also key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong expertise in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud), solid experience with Apache Kafka, hands-on experience with Apache Camel, understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, messaging systems, build tools, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and database technologies are essential. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
