Required Skills Volume hiring experience is mandatory. Must have experience in support/ Infra roles like L1, L2 support engineer, System admin, networking roles, etc. Drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle to ensure timely delivery on vacancies with high quality and ethical standards Build talent pools of experienced candidates. Proactive Sourcing and networking of sustainability and climate change talent. Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System Maintain and enhance our company profile on social media Recruitment operations - posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, technical tests, etc Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent
