Full Time
Lead the development of design concepts and presentations for high-end interior design projects. Manage full project lifecycles including programming, conceptual and schematic design, space planning, and design development. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Prepare and oversee the creation of detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and FF&E selections. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback. Ensure all designs meet building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Attend site visits, coordinate with vendors, and oversee quality control during implementation. Contribute to business development by participating in client pitches and preparing project proposals when required.
