Role & responsibilities : Lead and manage an inside sales team during the tax season, ensuring performance targets and process standards are met. Drive sales quality through coaching, audits, and knowledge sharing to enhance customer experience. Provide continuous feedback, 1:1 training, and team development to close performance gaps. Collaborate with leadership and operations on reporting, issue resolution, and process improvements. Own individual sales pipeline during the off-season, ensuring high conversion rates and client satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile : 2 - 5 years of Inside Sales or Team Lead experience, ideally in a high-volume B2C environment Strong people leadership and communication skills Passionate about coaching, mentoring, and team development Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments A proactive and ownership-driven mindset
