We are seeking individuals with strong ideation skills, proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and a knack for various illustration styles. Your responsibilities as a Senior Illustrator will include using your creativity to produce original visual assets for games and platforms. You will work in collaboration with experienced Product Designers, Motion Designers, and Product Managers to bring design briefs to life. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior illustrators and team members, offering constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency in the work produced. Your role will also involve creating quality assessments for illustrated assets during the development stage to ensure seamless transition from initial sketches to final designs in production. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience as an illustrator, showcasing a passion for creating enticing illustrations and demonstrating strong sketching skills. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Suite, Procreate, Figma, and 3D software such as Blender is essential. A solid understanding of Product/Game Illustrations, Design Systems, brand guidelines, front-end development basics, visual design principles, and interaction design principles is also required. Experience with industry-standard illustration software and sketching tools beyond Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an advantage. Moreover, a degree in visual communication, fine arts, or a related field is a plus.
