Job Position : Senior Hardware Design Engineer Company Name: Embed Square Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Pune Work Experience: 5-8 years of relevant professional experience Educational Qualification : - B. Tech or BE in electronics / Power electronics / MSc Electronics. Objective Of This Role: - Hardware Design, developments and Simulation • Design of mixed signals and highspeed boards which include processors, microcontrollers, ADCs, Opamps etc • Creating design documentation which include: design calculations, circuit design documents, test plans and production support documents. • Simulation of complex circuits and implementation of design on a bear bread board if required. • Gathering PCBA requirements from given product or system level inputs or basic requirements. • Analyse and focus on providing a low cost and high-performance solutions • Ability to take create a board layout from given schematic is a plus. • Stay updated in the latest developments in the field of electronic and hardware design. • Continue idea for improving current product designs and processes. • Interactions and collaboration with project stakeholders to capture project issues and requirements and find solutions in short span of time. Testing and Verification : • Creating test setups during development and testing. • Expertise in equipments link DSOs, Mustimeters for measurement and debugging. • Creating product design and test specification documents • Validating circuits on bread board and creating reports. Documentation: • Creating design documentation and reports. • Managing component inventory and tracking all component stocks inhouse. • Creating and maintaining Component symbols / footprint libraries. Technical Skills (must have): - • Simulation of electronic circuits using PSpice or any other tool. • Knowledge of product life cycle development and lifecycle management. • Good communication skills • Exposure to FMEA process. Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, testing tools, equipment, and techniques (mainly PCB designing). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and precision. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Should be ready to imbibe & thrive in the Startup culture & work in collaboration.
