SENIOR GROWTH ANALYST Location: Noida Corporate Office Reporting To: Chief Digital Growth Officer Experience Required: 6-8 Years Role Overview As Senior Growth Analyst, you will be the central data and decision engine for all growth programs across company. This role requires a strong foundation in analytical thinking, data modeling, and reporting, with an ability to partner closely with product, marketing, business, and field teams to unlock actionable insights and improve performance metrics. This is not a back-office analyst roleit is for someone who wants to directly influence GTM strategies, marketing spends, user behavior, and retention experiments by turning raw data into strategic inputs. Key Deliverables Build a centralized and automated Growth Analytics Dashboard across core KPIs: DAUs, MAUs, wallet usage, activation funnels, CAC, LTV and channel ROI Design and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and cohort analysis for both business lines Work with product and marketing teams to define and track growth experiments, measure conversion funnels, and surface key friction points Build data models and simulations to forecast growth under different acquisition and retention strategies Run pricing sensitivity analysis, retention funnel modeling, and engagement trend studies to help improve user lifecycle metrics Build a market intelligence repository, track competitor benchmarks, and publish monthly insights to guide strategic decisions Support field and regional teams with localized dashboards, micro-market trends, and user segmentation analysis Serve as the internal go-to for performance decision support across CRM, digital marketing, merchant growth, and agent engagement Skills & Capabilities Required Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery, SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio or BigQuery or Power BI Understanding of cohort-based analytics, retention modeling, DAU/MAU behavior, CAC vs LTV frameworks Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical models and present insights to senior stakeholders E xposure to analytics platforms like Appsflyer, CleverTap, Firebase, or similar tools Familiarity with financial modeling and ROI estimation for campaigns or product features Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
