Strong experience with
MCP framework
for building and deploying scalable AI solutions.
Proven expertise in
developing voice and text-based AI bots
across platforms.
Hands-on experience with
AI/ML frameworks
(e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and integration of GenAI APIs (like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to
lead and manage teams
, oversee project workflows, and drive successful delivery of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize generative AI applications based on specific client requirements, including bots, agents, automation systems and AI-driven platforms
Mentor and guide the development team, helping them solve technical challenges and improve project delivery
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
Lead data collection, preparation, and optimization efforts to enhance the performance of AI applications
Stay updated with the latest research and advanements in AI/ML and assess their applicability.

What Were Looking For?

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries/frameworks (Langchain, spacy, NLTK, Hugging Face, etc.).\
Hands-on experience with NLP, Dailogflow, Voiceflow, RASA, Microsoft Bot Framework, MCP
Familiarity with MLOps practices, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Exposure to AI bot/agent platforms like Make, POE, RetellAI
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
