Senior Full stack Developer (React + Python)

You are a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You will be joining our dynamic team, and your role will involve a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development. Your focus will be on creating and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. You should have expertise in Front-end React Framework and Backend Python. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and strong back-end development skills are mandatory. Additionally, familiarity with SQL is required. Your work location will be in either Chennai or Bangalore, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The interview process will consist of 3 levels, including a Glider test with a minimum cut-off of 70% and 2 rounds of Technical Interview. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial. Your ability to think innovatively and analytically, manage workload under time pressure, and adapt to changing priorities will be key. You should also be willing to learn new technologies and methodologies. In terms of technical proficiency, you should have expertise in Front-end React Framework and Backend Python. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and strong back-end development skills is essential. Experience with GIT, CI/CD, modern frameworks, and technologies for web applications is required. You will also be responsible for maintaining code quality, organization, and automation. Knowledge of relational database management systems and cloud services, particularly Azure, is preferred. Having experience in the oil and gas industry, especially in trading operations, will be highly desirable. Understanding market data, trading systems, and financial instruments related to oil and gas is beneficial. Preferred qualifications include certifications in relevant technologies, proven experience in building and supporting databases and data pipelines, familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake, understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices, experience in supporting Power BI dashboards, and the ability to work as an individual contributor with outstanding communication skills.,
