Senior Flutter Developer

As a skilled Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated cross-platform Flutter applications. Your role will involve architecting and implementing scalable state management solutions using Riverpod, Provider, and GetX. Additionally, you will guide a team of Flutter developers by establishing clear objectives, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in the development process. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Developers to define and deliver high-quality features. You will also integrate AI APIs and tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to enhance user experiences and automate processes. Evaluating and implementing modern AI productivity tools to boost team efficiency will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring app performance across Android and iOS platforms, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clean, maintainable code are crucial aspects of this position. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart. Strong expertise in state management with Riverpod, Provider, and GetX is essential. Proven leadership skills in guiding a team, mentoring developers, and managing project timelines are required. Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Claude CLI, and Perplexity AI is highly beneficial. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and offline storage solutions is necessary. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is expected. A solid understanding of app architecture, SOLID principles, and clean code practices is essential. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities, are also key requirements for this role.
