Required Education & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Strong knowledge of PLC & Drives (specialized courses are an added advantage) Key Responsibilities: Provide service and support during field visits or dispatches Handle installation, repair, maintenance, and testing independently Train and coach junior service technicians Diagnose and resolve technical issues Submit detailed service reports, time sheets, and travel claims Support special projects as assigned Build and maintain strong customer relationships Collaborate with the technical team and follow all company field procedures Identify and manage spare parts requirements Note: Preference will be given to candidates with a field service background.
