Education

Essential: - Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Desired: - Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Systems

Experience in Electrical Systems, Panel Design, Hardware Engineering, and Commissioning.

Knowledge in E-Plan or other electrical design software.

5 - 7 years of experience with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering

Desired experience:

Field engineering and commissioning experience in the solar industry.

Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including design, installation, and

commissioning.

Familiarity with renewable energy standards and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Specific Duties:

Design and develop electrical and power systems in accordance with international

standards.

Understand applications, functionalities, and an electrical design perspective.

Support the design and application of Inverters, UPS, Drives, and Automation products.

Perform electrical engineering duties in planning and designing tools.

Read, interpret, and process technical drawings, instructions, reports, and related documents.

Test systems in a lab environment through simulation and obtain customer approval through

factory acceptance tests. Generate supporting documentation as per project and customer

requirements.

Prepare technical offers for power plant control systems by understanding customer requirements.

Develop system layouts and technical specifications for control panels, I/O, SCADA/HMI, and

bought-out items. Generate supporting documentation as per project and customer requirements.

Adhere to engineering best practices, design standards, and engineering processes for

development. Suggest and implement improvements to processes and standards when

appropriate.

May require occasional travel within India and abroad for training, testing, or customer support.

Travel may include visits to client sites for project implementation, troubleshooting, and

maintenance. Additionally, travel for attending industry conferences, training sessions, and

workshops to stay updated with the latest advancements in solar, battery energy storage systems

and green hydrogen is expected
