Ensure daily production as per casting process parameters. Plan & monitor heat treatment cycles and equipment maintenance. Manage shift manpower and coordinate with vendors during breakdowns. Maintain 5S and cleanliness in the department. Required Candidate profile 3+ years of foundry experience in melting/fettling/moulding. Hands-on knowledge of casting processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
