Job Purpose:

To lead electrical maintenance and reliability initiatives ensuring plant availability, safety, and energy efficiency across the Pellet and Beneficiation Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the execution of maintenance activities for all plant electrical systems (HT/LT).
• Ensure equipment reliability through RCA, FMEA, and condition monitoring tools.
• Manage energy consumption and implement energy-saving projects.
• Coordinate automation system reliability – PLC/DCS/SCADA-based controls.
• Prepare and monitor annual maintenance plans, budgets, and inventory planning.
• Drive electrical safety initiatives, audits, and statutory inspections.
• Liaise with vendors, OEMs, and contractors for AMC and project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians for skill development.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in electrical maintenance in Pellet & Beneficiation Plant (preferably steel industries)
