Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Dialogue Writer - (Hindi) with a flair for powerful storytelling and an instinct for what grabs attention. You ll be the driving force behind high-impact promos that hook audiences in seconds and make them stay. Key Responsibilities Ideate and write high-quality, emotionally resonant promo scripts that capture attention within seconds Leverage insights from high-performing promos to shape compelling narratives for Kuku TV original shows. Stay up to date with content trends, virality hooks, and the ever-evolving tastes of digital India Continuously refine tone, style, and structure to boost viewership and engagement Work in a fast-paced environment where storytelling speed and quality go hand-in-hand What We re Looking For 5+ Experience in writing Hindi dialogues writer fiction screenplays for TV and OTT platforms is a big plus Deep understanding of story arcs, character motivations, and emotional hooks Excellent command of Hindi A self-starter with creative leadership skills and the hunger to scale new height
