About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Bangla Content Producer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in OTT content creation, storytelling, and script evaluation. This role requires excellent language proficiency and the ability to manage multiple scripts simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Perform quality assurance (QA) for Bangla scripts to ensure language, tone, and content consistency. Conduct video quality checks to align with platform standards. Collaborate effectively with the acquisition and operations teams . Work closely with the creative team to enhance narrative and visual storytelling. Required Experience & Skills: Prior experience working with OTT platforms . Strong command of the Bangla language (spoken and written). Proficient in storytelling, scriptwriting , and content evaluation. Ability to manage and review multiple scripts simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of content structure and audience engagement.
