As a Design Engineer, your responsibilities include evaluating customer inquiries & specifications, designing equipment to match specifications, refining and improving product designs, interpreting industry codes & standards, performing tolerance stack-up analysis, reviewing design specifications, handling technical changes in PLM/PDM systems, monitoring project performance, communicating progress updates to customers, resolving technical queries, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to improving engineering processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of four years of relevant industry experience OR Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience. Desired qualifications include intermediate to expert level proficiency in SolidWorks and PLM/PDM software, strong knowledge of relevant Mechanical industry codes/standards, basic knowledge of AutoCAD and calculations software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
