Senior Data & Advanced Analytics Business Analyst

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing data effectively by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to derive actionable insights. Additionally, you will develop and oversee Advanced Analytics solutions, including the design of BI Dashboards, Reports, and digital solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications will be a crucial aspect of your role. As a Project Manager, you will lead Data and Advanced Analytics projects, ensuring their timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Furthermore, maintaining documentation such as design specifications and user manuals will be a part of your routine tasks. It will also be your responsibility to identify areas for process enhancement and recommend digital solutions for continuous improvement. Experience: - Essential experience with Databricks for big data processing and analytics. - Proficiency in SQL for database querying, Data Modeling, and Data Warehouse (DWH). - Ability to create design documentation by translating business requirements into source-to-target mappings. - Hands-on experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense; a development background is considered advantageous. - Familiarity with Azure services for data storage, processing, and analytics. - Understanding of data fabric architecture and its implementation. - Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and orchestration (Advantage). - Proficient in utilizing Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents for creating and managing digital solutions. - Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks to develop predictive models and automate data analysis.
