Senior D365 ERP Technical Specialist

The D365 Technical Specialist position at ASSA ABLOY Group plays a crucial role in ensuring the technical performance, development, and support of the D365 ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics D365. As part of the EMEIA IT team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to guarantee that the solution meets all requirements and is developed to the expected specification. Your responsibilities will include system customization and development using X++ and other relevant technologies, integration with other systems using APIs, support and maintenance of existing applications, root-cause investigations, technical design and documentation, environment management using LCS, data management, security and configuration, staying updated on latest features and best practices, system integration, problem-solving, and validating deliveries of root cause analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 6-9 years of total experience. Having Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310) and proven AX implementation experience in relevant modules is advantageous. Additionally, you should have strong experience in integration and integrating ERP to external systems, proficiency in X++ programming language and Visual Studio, experience with Agile and Azure DevOps, good understanding of ERP architecture and design, knowledge of customer support and ITIL/IT Service, and experience in working with global teams. Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, proficiency in MS Office applications and operating systems are essential for this role. The ability to meet customer expectations, work in an office environment, comply with relevant policies and procedures, travel internationally if required, and possess legal eligibility to work in the country of hiring are also important aspects of this position.
