Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, Tender Documents, and Estimates for civil projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans.
Handle vendor evaluations, negotiate rates, and prepare quotations.
Oversee waterproofing works on high-rise buildings and other structures.
Manage project handling from start to finish, including tender estimation and SAP implementation.
