Instead of relying on standard solutions, we are developing our own intelligent CRM system from scratch. Our goal is to revolutionize the entire recruiting process by using state-of-the-art AI technologies and large language models (LLMs). As one of the first users of the pioneering Model Context Protocol (MCP) in the German-speaking region, you will help us build the bridge between advanced AI and the real challenges of recruitment. For this mission, we are looking for you a visionary and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to shape the future with us. Your Mission: From Code to the Recruiting Revolution You will play a central role in our small, agile team and take on technical responsibility for core areas of our system. Full-Stack Development of the Core System: You will further develop our internal CRM based on C#/.NET in the backend and Angular/TypeScript in the frontend . You will ensure clean code, high performance, and a scalable architecture. Development of the Central AI Infrastructure via MCP Server: You will design and build our own AI server (based on MCP technology) to flexibly connect various LLMs (OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.) and make them usable for various use cases. Implementation of Intelligent CV Parsing: You will integrate and optimize LLMs like ChatGPT to automatically create perfect and complete candidate profiles from resumes (API connection, fine-tuning, RAG, etc.). Development of AI-Powered Communication: You will build functions for the automated generation of personalized emails and chat messages (WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Push) based on historical data, chats, and applicant data. Integration of Multi-Channel Communication: You will integrate new channels such as SMS, RCS, or WhatsApp to automate and accelerate communication with candidates and clients. Architectural Co-Responsibility: You will make important technological decisions, proactively contribute your own ideas, and independently drive projects from conception to go-live. Development and Optimization of SQL and NoSQL Databases: You will develop and improve existing SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient and reliable data storage and processing in the backend. Your Profile: Technology Expert with a Spirit of Innovation Must-haves: 3-5+ Years of Experience: Proven professional experience in full-stack software development. Expert Knowledge: In C#/.NET (including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) and Angular/TypeScript. Database Expertise: Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. API and MCP Expertise: Solid experience in the development and connection of web APIs (REST, JSON-RPC, WebSockets) and MCP (Model Context Protocol). Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Docker, instances, and MinIO storage. AI Affinity: Practical experience with AI technologies, especially in integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Quality Standards: You live by the principles of clean code and write robust, high-performance code. Working Style: You work independently, in a structured and proactive manner. Quick Comprehension (Absolutely Crucial): You have a very good understanding of our business model and how a recruitment agency works. Languages: Very good command of English.
