Senior Business Application Analyst || Idemia || Noida

We are hiring Senior Business Application Analyst role at Noida location.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.Conducting interviews, workshops, and using other methods to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.Process Analysis & Modeling:Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.Solution Evaluation –Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.Stakeholder Communication:Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.Project Support:Assisting team with project management, including defining scope, creating business cases, and supporting testing and implementation. 

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

Skills

Knowledge in Supply Chain , Invoicing , Warehouse management and Purchase to procure modules of an ERP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. SQL Stored procedures , Power BIExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Proficiency in English language,  French will be a plus)Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
