Job Title: Senior Business Analyst ( Techno functional) Experience 10+ Years Location Hyderabad/Bangalore Qualifications Business analyst Role Ability to analyze complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending innovative solutions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance business processes and performance Bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams throughout the implementation phase to ensure successful delivery of solutions within established timelines and budgets Excellent Communication and articulation skills Experience in industries Finance, Travel domain Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as process modeling, data modeling, and requirements elicitation techniques. Exposure to Business Analyis tools Ex - Visio, Draw.io, Lucidcharts etc. Technical Orientation - Knowledge and prior experience on SQL, Splunk, XML, SQL, POSTMAN, stored procedure, microservices, RESTful APIs etc. Process – Hands on with JIRA, Agile ( Scrum and Kanban) with ceremonies Certification (Nice to have ) – Relevant certification ( Ex CSPO, PMP, Prince2)
