Senior Business Analyst (Life Insurance)

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements. You will be responsible for writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for analysis and reporting, as well as handling API integrations for seamless data exchange between platforms. Additionally, you will support solution design and work with development teams on database architecture, bringing domain knowledge in policy servicing, claims, underwriting, and actuarial processes. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in Life Insurance. Strong skills in SQL and API integration are essential, along with a solid understanding of Life Insurance processes and terminology. Candidates who are immediate joiners or available on short notice will be preferred. Nice to have skills include knowledge of solution design and database architecture, as well as exposure to Agile methodology and tools.,
