We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to lead the development and implementation of blockchain solutions for our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) focused on infrastructure. This role will require deep technical expertise in block chain technology, smart contract development, and decentralized finance (DeFi). The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain innovation and can provide technical leadership within a decentralized organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy blockchain-based infrastructure solutions, focusing on improving our DAO's efficiency and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and design effective solutions.Work closely with smart contract developers to ensure seamless integration of block chain solutions with the DAO's infrastructure.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the DAO.Stay up-to-date with the latest block chain trends, protocols, and tools, and provide recommendations on adoption and implementation.Participate in DAO governance processes, contributing to strategic decisions related to block chain technology.
