We are looking for a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Node.js, cloud-native development, and AI/LLM integration. In this role, you will design scalable backend systems, deploy LLM models and AI agents (Agnos / LangGraph), and collaborate across teams to build secure, high-performance applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.
• Design, build, and manage cloud-native architectures on AWS and GCP, focusing on security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Integrate and manage AI agents and LLM-based applications using Agnos, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and deployment workflows (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, Lambda, Python).
• Implement and scale real-time systems using Socket.IO, Kafka, SQS, and RabbitMQ.
• Apply best practices in API security, access management, and multi-tenant architecture.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers (React.js) to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on building interactive applications.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, NestJS
• Experience with React.js and integrating frontend with backend APIs
• Strong background in AWS, GCP, and cloud optimization (security & cost)
• Practical knowledge of GraphQL, AWS AppSync, and Elasticsearch.
• Hands-on experience with LLM deployments and Agnos / LangGraph AI agents
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure automation, and governance
• Expertise in real-time communication systems (e.g., Socket.IO, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of security best practices and data protection standards.
• Background in ERP, inventory, or supply chain management systems
• Previous experience in startup or enterprise environments
