Job Description

We are a lean UX/UI agency, by choice. This means our team aims to create high-quality work only and work on projects that come with similar expectations. You too will be expected to put your best foot forward.
You will owner of your work and are majorly responsible for implementing the most accurate designs that resonate with what the product needs to communicate.
You will be responsible to design for an app that has over 50m+ downloads.
You will be the owner of your work and majorly responsible for the UX strategy, UX research, and the overall experience for the digital products you take up.
This role isnt only to direct. You will be expected to participate hands-on and contribute in areas where your team needs you.
Youd be responsible to ensure that you are driving business goals through the design and will have to work towards building experiences that lead to business growth.
Youd be working directly with the client partners and providing them with solutions that are data-driven. You will measure the outcomes of your project through user testing or after it goes live.
You will be contributing towards the UX Strategy and undertaking the research for a complete project.
UX Research includes qualitative and quantitative research methods like Empathy mapping, behavioral analysis, and utilizing analytics like Heatmaps and other analytical data. You will also be responsible for translating the research data into valuable insights for the Design team.
You will be helping conduct user interviews, surveys, and focus group surveys with the end users to understand their pain points.You are to create and work on complex information architectures, design systems and define user journeys for complex products like customer and backend-facing SaaS products.
Youd be responsible to ensure that you are driving business goals through the design and will be working towards building experiences that lead to business growth.
Youd be working directly with the client partner and providing them with solutions that are data-driven. You will also be responsible to ensure you measure the result of your outcomes.
At times, you will also be required to work in Qualitative on Quantitative research. Here you will be responsible for translating the research data into valuable insights for the Design team.
Your innovations, suggestions, and opinions will always be highly valued and encouraged.
Your ability to handle multiple projects and business communication will be considered your key strength.

Job requirements

-2 years+ of experience with a strong understanding of UX.

A passionate UX Designer who carries the ability to create the most unique Product Designs and deal with complex ones.
Ability to work solo and in a team.
Past experience in B2C products is a must. It will be an add-on benefit if the work is for Industries like - Food-tech Ed-tech.
You should have previous experience in managing at least 4 team members and helping them innovate and grow in their design journey.
Strong communication and reasoning skills for the designs you create. Data-backed arguments while presenting your work.
You should have the ability to story tell, persuade, and convince different stakeholders within an organization. This should be driven by data and ideation.
Organized, self-directed, and has a very strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines for the project that is undertaken.
