Senior Architect

• Design and develop detailed floor plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects based on client requirements and specifications.
• Create 3D models and renderings that accurately represent project visions, layouts, and structural elements.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align plans with project goals, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare presentation materials, including renderings, animations, and interactive 3D visualizations for client review and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all designs.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to evaluate and validate designs in real-time settings.
• Keep updated with architectural and design trends, applying them innovatively to improve project outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
