Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of master plans, industrial buildings, and infrastructure layouts. Prepare concept designs, approval drawings, working drawings, and detailed design packages in coordination with internal teams and external consultants. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental norms. Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including civil, MEP, structural, marketing, investment and legal consultants. Review and manage consultant deliverables and timelines. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve architectural issues on-site. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and drafting teams. Prepare and present design reports, drawings, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders. Assist in vendor evaluations and technical inputs during procurement and tender stages. Qualifications B.Arch (mandatory); M.Arch or specialization in Urban planning is an advantage. Minimum 6+ years of experience Strong knowledge of building codes, NBC, fire norms, and industrial facility planning standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, MS Office, and Adobe Suite. Strong coordination and communication skills; ability to handle multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation workflows.
