Roles and Responsibilities (Experience Required : 2 Years to 12 Years) Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards. Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks through risk assessments and JSA (Job Safety Analysis). Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports, near misses, and hazardous waste management plans. Collaborate with project teams to develop emergency response plans and conduct mock drills for evacuation procedures. Ensure adherence to company policies on work permits, lockout/tagout procedures, PPE requirements, etc. Safety Trainings - Tool Box Talk, Inductions, Job Specific Trainings etc. Desired Candidate Profile 2-12 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry. Diploma holder in relevant field (Engineering) and Diploma in Safety Management/ ADIS/NEBOSH Strong knowledge of HSE principles, practices, regulations; ability to apply them effectively at site.
