Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards will play a key role in reviewing and evaluating compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, and transfers. You will offer guidance to Talent Acquisition on compensation-related matters and support Total Rewards Partners in reviewing and approving compensation offers. Regular analysis of external market data and compensation trends will be conducted to provide up-to-date recommendations. You will also utilize compensation survey data to gather market insights and trends. Process improvement for reviewing and approving compensation proposals will be a focus, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will provide program design and analytical support for Mastercard's Total Rewards programs. Developing reports and conducting analyses to monitor the success of the compensation offer process will be part of your responsibilities. You will evaluate and suggest enhancements to analytics processes and tools, while analyzing quantitative and qualitative rewards market trends and best practices to inform relevant rewards programs. Collaboration with GBSC-HR on the management of Total Rewards data and technology in systems like Workday and third-party platforms will be essential. Expertise in Total Rewards systems and process flows is crucial, as you participate in a peer review process, mentor junior colleagues, and make judgement calls on escalating issues when necessary. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing internal and external market rewards programs and competitive practices. You should have a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality reports on rewards metrics and data. Experience in creating and delivering Total Rewards communications to business unit/market stakeholders is desired, along with demonstrated knowledge of market and internal best practices.,
