a) Preparation of Invoice .
b) All Payment received entered .
c) Preparation of Monthly Price List of Cars.
d) Payment Follow-up with Finance and Sales Managers.
e) Cooperation with Sales Team regarding Invoice and Payments.
f) Deposit the Daily Collected money in the bank.
g) Preparation of Cheques.
h) Data entry in Tally Software.
i)Preparation of Monthly Stock Statement and Financial Report.
j)Preparation of Sales Tax Return, TDS Return, Service Tax Return etc.
k) Visiting Bank for Clearance of Cheques and Transfer of funds on Daily basis.
Other duties assigned by management.
