Job Description

Manage general ledger accounting, month-end closings, and account reconciliations
Monitor and account for inventory, fixed assets, and depreciation
Ensure timely compliance with statutory tax requirements, including
TDS, GST, and income tax
Coordinate and support
internal and statutory audits
Strengthen internal controls and enhance accounting processes and workflows
Participate in ERP implementation and system upgrades
Provide financial analysis and insights to aid in business decision-making
Prepare and analyse
Trial Balance
reports regularly
Conduct
vendor and inventory reconciliations
to maintain data accuracy
Utilize
Tally ERP
and
Advanced Excel
for efficient financial reporting and data analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (
Masters/MBA preferred
)
CA Intern, CPA, or CMA
certification preferred
25 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the
automobile or manufacturing sector
Proficient in
Tally ERP
and
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of
automotive industry accounting
, inventory management, and Indian tax regulations

Required Skills:

Analytics thinking ,accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements
