Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Hyderabad. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, tax compliance, and financial audits. The role will also involve analyzing financial data, preparing periodic reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting software ( Zoho Books ), financial reporting, and general ledger management
Strong understanding of tax compliance ( GST, PF, PT, ESI, TDS), accounts payable/receivable processes
Experience in financial audits and compliance with accounting regulations
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Must be proficient with Excel and pivots.
Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and statements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CA certification or equivalent is preferred
Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
