Semi Qualified Company Secretary/ CS DROP OUT

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Semi-Qualified Company Secretary or CS dropout who is eager to gain practical exposure in corporate compliance, ROC filings, and secretarial work. This role is ideal for candidates who have cleared CS Executive or have discontinued CS and want to build a career in corporate law or compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and filing of ROC forms and returns (e.g., AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-12).
• Draft notices, agendas, minutes of Board and General Meetings.
• Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act.
• Support in company incorporation, DIN & DSC application, and other secretarial activities.
• Coordinate with MCA, ROC, and other regulatory bodies.
• Support the team during secretarial audits and compliance reviews.
• Research on legal and compliance matters as required.
• Assist in drafting resolutions, agreements, and regulatory documents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Passed CS Executive (at least one group) or discontinued CS course.
• Basic understanding of Companies Act and ROC procedures.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MCA Portal.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a compliance/secretarial role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
