Job Description

Security Supervisor

Working Hours: 9 Hours (Bachelor accommodation will be provided at the site)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assign duties and schedules to security guards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the security staff.
Conduct regular patrols and spot checks of the land.
Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
Ensure proper entry and exit protocols are followed.
Maintain logbooks and access records.
Liaise with police, fire departments, or emergency services when needed.
Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Take immediate corrective action when required.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and legal regulations.
Maintain documentation such as duty rosters, attendance records, and inspection reports.
Train guards on safety procedures and emergency responses.
Coordinate with the management and other departments for smooth security operations.
