Job Description

Role Objective:

To ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and operations at the site through vigilant monitoring, incident response, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor shift activities during entry/exit of personnel, materials, and vehicles.
Conduct checks/searches of vehicles and labor.
Enforce company rules and ensure proper documentation (NRGP/RGP).
Maintain and monitor security equipment (CCTV, HHMD, gates, weighbridge).
Respond to emergencies (fire, chemical spills, breaches).
Maintain incident logs and security-related documentation.
Visitor management and safety compliance.

Patrolling and surveillance (including Padariya Land).
Maintain visitor and vehicle documentation.
Issue ID cards post safety/medical/HR clearance.
Conduct daily briefings and mock drills.
Liaison with police and local authorities.
Manage gate passes and contractor documentation.
Raise AMC and audit requirements for CCTV and security systems.
