Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our Security Support Centre (SSC) team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring systems, supporting incident response, and maintaining operational security awareness using advanced tools and communication platforms.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage electronic security systems including CCURE, alarm panels, and surveillance systems.
Track and report real-time security events and escalate incidents to appropriate teams.
Prepare incident reports, activity summaries, and presentations for management use.
Conduct news and social media monitoring to detect potential threats and developments.
Collaborate with site teams, vendors, and stakeholders for timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate logs and reports using Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC), SSC, or GSOC setup preferred.
Working knowledge of CCURE or similar access control and alarm monitoring systems.
Skilled in using MS Office tools Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Familiar with local geography, current affairs, and socio-political dynamics.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
