Security Lead, Cyber security or Information Security or Cloud Security

The Security Lead position is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore. As the Security Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, implementing security measures, monitoring network activities, and responding to potential threats. Your role will involve managing application security, cybersecurity, network security, and information security. Additionally, you will be required to develop and update security protocols, lead security training initiatives for staff, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Application Security and Cybersecurity, along with experience in Network Security and Information Security. A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and threats are essential. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be crucial in effectively carrying out your responsibilities. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Possessing relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA would be considered a plus. Please note that a Face-to-Face Interview is mandatory for this position.
