Job Description

The Security Guard is responsible for protecting people, property, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment. The role includes monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and reporting suspicious activities. Key Responsibilities: Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor for suspicious behavior or safety hazards. Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control systems. Check and verify the identification of employees, visitors, and vendors. Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to maintain order. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies such as fire, medical situations, or security threats. Write and submit detailed incident reports and activity logs. Assist with crowd control during events or emergencies. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department. Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,300.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
