SDE-II (Frontend - React JS Development) (4-6yrs)

You will be responsible for writing extensive and efficient code to handle complex modules and manage interactions between multiple components. Your role will involve rapidly iterating to add new functionalities and providing simple and intuitive solutions to solve complex problems. You will be expected to produce architecture with clean interfaces that are both efficient and scalable. Additionally, you will participate in architectural discussions, conduct design and code reviews, and perform technical feasibility and trade-off studies while guiding others in these studies. In case of production issues, you will investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to outage. You will also be tasked with continuously enhancing the performance metrics of the modules you own. Furthermore, you will play a role in the hiring process by contributing to referrals, interviews, attending recruiting events, or writing blogs. Onboarding and mentoring new team members to help shape the team culture will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration across teams to solve problems, execute tasks, and deliver results is also a key aspect of this role. To be considered for this position, you should have a BS/BE/Tech in Computer Science or related fields and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Flask or FastAPI for backend development and React.js for frontend development is required. Experience working in product-based companies or startups is preferred. Additionally, you should have experience with database design, modeling, and implementation (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and be proficient in writing efficient and scalable code. Familiarity with Git, AWS, and Agile methodologies is essential. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are crucial for this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively across teams is also necessary. Exposure to Spark and/or the Big Data ecosystem would be a significant advantage.,
