SDE II (Backend Developer)

As a Backend Developer at NovoStack in Sector 62, Noida, you will play a crucial role in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. Your responsibilities will include owning and managing backend modules end-to-end, working with both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases, collaborating with frontend teams to build efficient APIs, debugging and optimizing system performance, mentoring junior developers, and setting up CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments. To excel in this role, you should have strong experience with Node.js (Express.js or NestJS), proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases, hands-on experience with microservices, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), a solid understanding of Git, testing frameworks, and security best practices, and a collaborative problem-solving mindset with a growth mindset. If you have additional knowledge in Python, Kafka/RabbitMQ, AWS Lambda, and Agile development practices, it would be considered a bonus.
